A few words from clients. Every project is different, and so are outcomes.
Susan Fairbank spent eleven years in enterprise IT before she decided she was tired of watching small and mid-sized businesses get sold software they didn't need. She trained in systems architecture at a firm in Waterloo, Ontario, then moved into independent consulting in 2017 after a particularly frustrating project where a client paid six figures for a platform that sat unused for two years. She founded GridPulse TechZone to do the opposite: honest scoping, plain-language recommendations, and no vendor kickbacks. Outside of client work, she keeps a vegetable garden that she insists teaches her more about planning than any methodology course ever did.
